New to the DooTalk forum but looks like lots of info here from knowlegable folks. Anyhow, I have 2002 MXZ 700, runs awsome after getting it started, but heres the problem, GETTING IT STARTED. Off the trailer and cold I sit there and pull and pull the thing and no go, choke on, half and off.Feb 10, 2007 · DooTalk forum automatically copies the whole post, pictures, any previous quoted etc. It is rather annoying acctually. Most web forums don't quote other quotes, or pictures, to save space and loadup time. Something I think DooTalk needs to look into, because they sure get alot of connection errors and Max User errors lately. I can't feel the throttle lag and we find the sleds easier to ride in tight trees at 5-15mph than our 600 e-tecs. Very smooth and predictable tractoring at slow speeds with no jumpiness at all. I have 1997 Grand Touring 583 which likes to foul the PTO side plug. I'll get about 30 km on a plug. It generally tends to foul when I come to a stop and when I get back on it hard to cross a road for example I'll feel the misfire. It has the twin crank shop pipes with a single can, dave dunn clutch kit, boondocker, boysen reeds with the rage cages, and koso gauges. Hopefully this will help you simply diagnose the cause of electronic reverse failure. 1) Check fuse. 2) With the motor running, place your hand on the two relays that are mounted on the back side of the fuse box and press the reverse button. You should feel both relays click approximately 1 second apart from each other.The rest is conjecture. I worked on the openings for the reeds, lost a lot of rough machined surfaces, and yes, made sure that the cylinder matched the upper case.
